6. Anything else you'd like to share? "The pool is very low maintenance. It is a salt water pool and with the cleaning robot, weekly maintenance is very low. We chose an above ground pool because they are significantly cheaper and can be easily removed if the next owner didn't want it. Also, we have installed a new HVAC system: two new Trane XL16 units that are extremely efficient with 'Clean Effects' air cleaner that reduces dust and allergens in the home. As well, this new system has a programmable thermostat"!
